Deidre Arms MSN, APRN, CNP

Deidre Arms, MSN, APRN, CNP, is a dedicated functional medicine nurse practitioner with a passion for holistic health and wellness. As co-founder of Desire Wellness Group, Deidre envisions a healthcare model that goes beyond traditional approaches, focusing on proactive and preventive measures. Deidre sees patients who want to deeply explore causes of imbalanced female hormones, menopausal symptoms, poor sleep, chronic fatigue, obesity, autoimmune disorders and so much more through personalized tools, individualized testing, education and lifestyle modification. Her goal is to empower individuals to take control of their health and achieve optimal well-being. Outside of her professional pursuits, Deidre works with Ohio AANP as a chapter lead and educates graduate students as an adjunct faculty member at Otterbein University.

Angela Morehead
Angela Morehead DNP, FNP, C-EFM

Angela Morehead, DNP, FNP, C-EFM, is a family nurse practitioner with over 15 years as a women’s healthcare provider. She is the research director for Avana Health and is adjunct faculty at Franklin University. She received her BSN and MSN from Middle Tennessee State University, and her DNP from Belmont University. Dr. Morehead has cared for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and has taught nursing students at the undergraduate and graduate level. She currently serves on the Tennessee Maternal Mortality Review Committee, the National Association for Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health Competency Committee, and has published and presented on a variety of women’s health topics.

Heather Losee
Heather Losee DNP, AGPCNP-BC, CGRA

Heather Losee, DNP, AGPCNP-BC, CGRA, holds the title of Clinical Lecturer at the at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is seasoned nurse practitioner with over 14 years of teaching nurse practitioner students. She completed an intensive post-doctoral course in Cancer Risk Assessment at the City of Hope in California. She clinically practices as a high-risk breast nurse practitioner, at the Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, RI. She is an affiliate member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons.

Lisa Erlanger
Lisa Erlanger MD

Lisa Erlanger, MD, is a board-certified family physician whose practice focuses on primary care of larger-bodied individuals, and medical care of eating disorders and mental health concerns. As a Clinical Professor of Family Medicine, she teaches courses including patient-centered care and communication, and ecology of health and medicine. She speaks nationally about weight stigma, weight inclusive primary care and eating disorders. Dr. Erlanger is a Certified Body Trust (R) Provider through Be Nourished in Portland, OR. She believes all people deserve trauma informed, gender affirming, weight inclusive health care.

Katie Sidhu
Katie Sidhu RDN, IBCLC

Katie Sidhu, RDN, IBCLC, is a registered dietitian nutritionist, certified intuitive eating counselor, and lactation consultant specializing in fertility nutrition and perinatal health, practicing from an intuitive eating and weight-neutral lens. She has experience in facilitating nutrition education and counseling using evidence-based, weight-neutral, integrative health approaches. She specializes in nutrition therapy and health education for clients managing fertility issues, PCOS, diabetes, and other conditions.

Shelagh Larson
Shelagh Larson DNP, APRN, WHNP-BC, NCMP

Nurse Practitioner

Shelagh Larson is from Fort Worth, Texas. She received her BSN from UTMB. She has two great kids, Leigh (25) and Richard (23). She went back for her WHNP in 2003 and her Doctorate in Nurse Practice in 2018 both from Texas Woman’s University. She is a nationally certified menopause provider through NAMS. More recently she founded the first APP council in her hospital and was elected as the first non-physician to serve on the medical board. She is the co-founder of the inter-professional Menopause Clinic at JPS. Shelagh served as president of FWRNP for over 7 years. Where it was transformed from a dinner club to a thriving professional association that has raised thousands of dollars for scholarships, charity, and the TNP PAC. For TNP she served as the Area Representative, 5 years on the Government Action committee, four years of those as the chair, has presented in the past ten annual conferences. She currently serves on the TNP executive board in the position of secretary. She is on the TNP Policy Committee, inspiring the legislative ambassadors in north Texas. She is a TNP Legacy member. Shelagh is the north Texas AANP representative bridging state and national policy.

R. Featherstone
R. Featherstone MSN, PMHNP, WHNP, PMH-C

R. Featherstone, MSN, PMHNP, WHNP, PMH-C (they/them), is a dual-certified nurse practitioner of Reproductive/Sexual Health and Psychiatry. They are a veteran of the United States Army, serving as a military police officer at Fort Leonard Wood, MO in the 13th Military Police Company prior to becoming a nurse. They earned both their Master's in Nursing and Postgraduate Certificate from Frontier Nursing University in 2019 and 2021, respectively. After working for years in labor and delivery, mental health, and psychedelic medicine, Featherstone founded Eucalyptus Health in 2020. They offer sexual and psychiatric care via telehealth to parents and the LGBTQ+ community in Idaho and Virginia. They frequently speak on topics related to women’s mental health, 2SLGBTQIA+ care and mental health, eating disorders, and sexuality.

Shawana Moore
Shawana Moore DNP, APRN, WHNP-BC

Shawana S. Moore, DNP, APRN, WHNP-BC, is a nationally recognized, board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner who specializes in providing women’s and gender-related care throughout the lifespan. Dr. Moore is committed to providing women’s and reproductive health care to underserved populations. In her work as a women’s health nurse practitioner with health care organizations, she has cared for women and gender-related populations across the lifespan, mostly in underserved areas, for more than a decade. Dr. Moore is the author of scholarly blogs and numerous peer-reviewed manuscripts and a contributor to national position statements for the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health. She has helped develop podcasts and video productions focused on the promotion of health equity.

Victoria Trott
Victoria Trott PA-C, MMS, AQH

Victoria Trott, PA-C, MMS, AQH, is a board-certified physician assistant with an added qualification in headache medicine. Victoria has focused her career on helping patients that are suffering from various headache disorders. Victoria has encouraged the application of new and emerging migraine and headache treatments for her patients. Her overall goal is to improve the quality of life of her patients suffering from these disabling conditions.

Payal Sahni
Payal Sahni PT, MPT, DPT

Payal Sahni, PT, MPT, DPT has been practicing physical therapy for over twenty years with an emphasis in orthopedics. She graduated with her master's in physical therapy in 2000 and completed her transitional DPT in 2012. She is currently practicing as a senior PT at Helen Hayes Hospital in Haverstraw, NY. Dr. Sahni is a Maitland trained certified manual therapist with additional training in IASTM and BFR. Her clinical practice emphasizes her special interests in osteoporosis and TMJ dysfunction. Payal is a strong proponent of prevention and wellness for health. She has designed various wellness programs including osteoporosis and aquatic wellness, in addition to ergonomics programs for employee health. Dr. Sahni regularly lectures on osteoporosis and serves as the program coordinator of the New York State Osteoporosis Prevention and Education Program through the NYS Department of Health. She has published prior studies on osteoporosis and continues with ongoing research.

Cheryl Herrmann, RN, MS, APRN, CCRN, CCNS-CSC/CMC, has 31 years of nursing experience—15 years as a bedside nurse in SICU, Neuro ICU, and CVICU, and 16 years as a cardiac clinical nurse specialist. As a cardiac CNS, she cares for patients in cardiac prep and recovery, cardiac catheterization, surgery, ICU, telemetry/progressive units, and at discharge. In addition, Ms. Herrmann is a Prehospital RN for the local ambulance service. In 2005, Ms. Herrmann was honored with the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses Circle of Excellence—Excellent Clinical Nurse Specialist Award and the Twenty-Five Women in Leadership Award in central Illinois. Krystyna Holland
Krystyna Holland PT, DPT

Krystyna Holland, PT, DPT, helps people get back to doing the things they love with the people they love to do them with. She works specifically with people who want to take an active role in their healthcare decisions, and who no longer want to live with pain or restriction. In addition to orthopedic conditions, Krystyna evaluates and treats pelvic floor dysfunction including pain with intercourse, leaking, and pelvic girdle pain. She sees patients across the gender identity spectrum, including transgender patients after gender affirmation surgery. In addition to providing trauma-informed care to patients, Krystyna teaches trauma-informed care consulting and trainings for providers and organizations.

Cindi Lockhart
Cindi Lockhart RDN, LD, IFNCP

Cindi Lockhart, RDN, LD, IFNCP, is board-certified as an integrative and functional nutrition practitioner with over 30 years in professional practice. She has trained nutrition, fitness, and medical practitioners throughout most of her career, yet maintains a personal practice with clients as she believes that the only way she can effectively educate and inspire other practitioners is through her own practical experience with clients. In addition to educating on how Food is Medicine, Cindi also specializes in coaching clients and practitioners on the importance of managing stress, optimizing sleep, proper exercise and movement, and reducing exposure to environmental toxins. Cindi has extensive expertise in women’s health issues including perimenopause/menopause and thyroid dysfunction as well as autoimmunity, gut health, weight management, cardiometabolic health (insulin resistance, diabetes, heart disease), fasting, histamine intolerance, mold detox, and long COVID.

Sherrie All
Sherrie All PhD

Sherrie All, PhD, is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist who has specialized in treating people with dementia, Parkinson’s disease, TBI, MS, and other neurological disorders for over a decade. Dr. All is the founder and director of the Chicago Center for Cognitive Wellness, a private neuropsychology practice specializing in cognitive rehabilitation and brain health. The evidence-based cognitive rehabilitation interventions she uses have helped hundreds of adults experiencing cognitive declines improve their thinking skills, expand their functional independence, and enhance their brain health. Dr. All has worked as a consultant to the Mather LifeWays Institute on Aging, helping to develop and evaluate a holistic brain fitness program, and her work with individuals on ways to lower their personal risk for dementia has earned the attention of media outlets including The New Yorker and Crain’s Chicago Business. Dr. All earned her PhD in clinical psychology from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, is a member of the American Psychological Association and author of The Neuroscience of Memory: Seven Skills to Optimize Your Brain Power, Improve Memory and Stay Sharp at Any Age.
